Webinar Description:

There is growing interest in the cost effectiveness of vaccines and antibiotics for infectious diseases.

Dynamic modeling approaches have become very important for decision-making about the cost-effectiveness of infectious disease interventions and programs, because they allow for the formal inclusion of important features such as herd immunity.

Mapi has developed several dynamic models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of vaccination and antimicrobial treatments and is at the forefront of methodological research to extend the available tools and further incorporate additional important features, such as extensive probabilistic sensitivity analysis in dynamic models.
