Mapi’s Medical Information Service provides key support for a product as it enters the marketplace and transitions through the product lifecycle. We are the first point of contact for customers for provision of medical, scientific and technical information in response to inquiries regarding products, as well as for the intake of adverse events reports and product complaints.
Our medical information call center specialists are passionate about providing high quality customer service and are trained to address inquiries specific to products. Our medical information specialists also can support patient assistance programs and product reimbursement programs.
Medical information service offers call center services based on current needs. We can provide bi-lingual (English/French) staffing during business hours, weekends or 24/7, including holidays. We provide valuable support during product launches and can provide additional staff during product recalls or other emergency situations. We routinely provide medical information services in North America and Europe and can explore other jurisdictions upon client request.
